Fun fact: I’m a sunset chaser and avid photographer.
Mention the word “sunset” to me and you’ve got my attention – and I’ll probably be snapping a pic of it too.
Before I jump into the business, let me spill a bit more about myself. I love both adventure and sport, and once I’m committed to something – I put my absolute everything into it.
When I’m not at my desk – sign me up for any sport or an activity that involves water- padel, running, boxing, yoga or take me to the beach- that’s where I’ll be.
I’ve lived in 3 different cities during my life and am ready for my next adventure in the Netherlands!
Ultimately, I’m an old soul at heart and it’s the simple things in life which I cherish – nature, sunsets and good people.
If I wasn’t in recruitment, I’d probably be traveling the world, have my camera in one hand, hiking and watching every Formula 1 race live. I would say that recruitment in a way, chose me. Yes that might sound a bit cliche but it’s true.
I came from an HR background but I always had a soft spot for finding the right people, building the company and it was early on in my career where I found the passion for connecting top talent.
When I was younger I always had a creative mind and later on in my career I was exposed to recruitment in the creative industry which ignited my keen interest in the field.
And now, I’m in a role which I’m incredibly excited to be in every day.
In my more recent years of recruitment, I had been exposed to the creative industry and absolutely loved it and later on I dabbled into finance.
When I first got a call from Pete, there was something about the Aspexx that really excited me.
At the time, I was in a conundrum about going into something more traditional which would have been “easy” but what really resonated with me when speaking to Pete and Jack were their values & vision, the growth potential and ultimately being outside my comfort zone.
