Born and raised in the heart of a small Zimbabwean farming community, my journey began with a childhood shaped by the unfiltered beauty of life. Growing up in Zimbabwe, I cultivated a natural curiosity and resilience, that would later become the cornerstones of my character.
Set with the backdrop of a tight-knit community, it instilled in me the value of connecting with others and questioning traditional norms.
I discovered the power of individuality early on. While others followed conventional paths, I was truly offered a distinctive experience, challenging societal expectations and crafting a unique identity. This drive eventually led me to the international stage, where I now thrive as a dynamic professional, working with some of the world’s most exciting brands.
I’m a high-performing hockey player, I passionately support rugby, cricket, golf, tennis and the Olympics. Sports have not only been a source of my joy but also a platform where I honed my competitive spirit.
One unique experience was my first Snow skiing trip, after just a day getting to grips with the green slopes, I hit the red slopes coming home.
Personally, I’m a lover of modern history, drawing inspiration from the past, appreciating how visionaries reshaped their eras, an ethos I bring to my own career. I’m inspired to find out where people have been, to know where we need to go.
Starting said career, and working in the European market for 3 years. It has become the keystone highlight of mine so far. My next step with aspexx truly provides an opportunity to network further into the world digital economy. Connecting with UAE and KSA market has always been a dream of mine, and I’m excited for aspexx’s future in the region.
I see myself mentoring the current and next generation of professionals. With key principles of entrepreneurial spirit and human connection. I truly believe I’m building a career, and inspiring a movement. Looking back at my life I believe if I wasn’t in recruitment, I’d be a historian.
